This film was very good. From the beginning you are brought in feeling for and relating to the main character; you are as confused as Gyllenhaal’s Colter Stevens looks. With the reoccurring and calming presence of Michelle’s Christina we move through the plot and solve the mystery with Stevens. The other reoccurring presence is Vera’s Goodwin who does a lot of the explanation but is able to make the sci-fi information interesting and cuts into the repetitive nature of the film. The Director Duncan Jones makes a lot of homage to Hitchcock’s films like Murder on the Oriental Express, this movie is a definite must rent and see.
